Elytron Labs (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated by Sincero Ventures LLP, builds software products for e-commerce merchants. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and how we protect it. This policy applies to elytron.in and all Elytron Labs products including DripSync and Pollen.

1. Data We Access

From Our Products’ Users

When you install and use our products (DripSync, Pollen), we access data through the platform APIs (Shopify, WooCommerce, Google) with the permissions you grant during installation. This may include:

• Store information (store name, platform plan, contact details)
• Product information (titles, descriptions, SKUs, variants, metafields, images)
• Third-party platform data you authorize (e.g., Google Drive files for DripSync)

When you visit elytron.in, we collect standard web analytics through our hosting provider and Cloudflare. This includes IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

From Contact Forms and Emails

When you contact us via [email protected] or any contact form, we receive the information you choose to share (name, email, message content).

2. How We Use Your Data

• Providing our services: We use your data to operate DripSync, Pollen, and any other products you’ve installed, as described in each product’s documentation.
• AI analysis: On certain plans, we use AI services (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) to analyze product data and images. Data sent to AI services is not retained by those providers beyond the duration of the request, per their API terms.
• Customer support: We use your contact information to respond to support requests and improve our products.
• Communications: We may send transactional emails about your account, billing, or important product updates.

3. Data Storage

• OAuth tokens (Shopify, Google, etc.) are stored securely server-side and encrypted at rest.
• Product metadata, enrichment data, and application state are stored in managed databases hosted in secure cloud environments.
• We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except:

• With platforms you’ve connected (Shopify, WooCommerce, Google, etc.) as directed by you
• With AI service providers (Google Gemini, Anthropic) solely to provide enrichment and analysis features
• With payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay, Shopify Billing) to process subscriptions
• As required by law, regulation, or legal process

5. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Elytron Labs products’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only use Google user data to provide and improve the services you requested (image matching for DripSync, product enrichment for Pollen).
• We do not use Google user data for advertising or to serve ads.
• We do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with equivalent privacy protections.
• We do not use Google user data to build user profiles for purposes unrelated to our products.

6. Human Access to Data

Access to customer data by Elytron Labs employees or contractors is limited to the following circumstances:

• Debugging support requests when the user has initiated contact or reported an issue
• Investigating security incidents or suspected abuse
• Complying with legal obligations

We do not browse, view, or download the contents of customer files or data for any other purpose.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account or app installation is active. When you uninstall a product or close your account:

• All stored OAuth tokens are revoked within 48 hours.
• Customer data (product metadata, enrichment data, cached files) is deleted within 30 days.
• Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.

8. Your Rights

You can at any time:

• Disconnect third-party integrations from within each product’s settings
• Uninstall Elytron Labs products from your store to initiate data deletion
• Contact us at [email protected] to request data export or deletion
• Revoke Google or other third-party access from your respective account settings

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, encrypted token storage (AES-256-GCM), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to client-side code.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our products are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email (for existing users) or notice on this website. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
