Refund Policy

Elytron Labs (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated by Sincero Ventures LLP, offers software products on a subscription basis. This policy applies to all Elytron Labs products including DripSync and Pollen.

1. Free Trial

All products offer a 30-day free trial with full access to the selected plan’s features. No payment information is required to start a trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account is placed in read-only mode: your data and mappings are preserved, but active features are paused.

2. Subscription Plans

Our products offer monthly subscription plans at various tiers. All plans are billed monthly. Pricing is displayed on each product’s website and within the app before purchase.

3. No Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed for a billing cycle, we do not issue partial or full refunds for that cycle. We encourage all users to take full advantage of the 30-day free trial to evaluate the product before subscribing.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• Your data is preserved indefinitely.
• You can resubscribe at any time to resume using the product with your existing data.

5. Plan Changes

You may upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. To move to a lower-tier plan, cancel your current subscription and resubscribe to the desired plan at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Data Retention After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, your account enters read-only mode. All your data is preserved.

For Shopify users: If you uninstall the app, all stored data is permanently deleted within 30 days, in compliance with Shopify’s data protection requirements.

For WooCommerce users: Your data is retained until you explicitly request account deletion by contacting us. We will delete all stored data within 30 days of receiving your request.

7. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outages caused by us, or billing errors), we may issue refunds or credits at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
